Trisha joined our practice in February 1989 as a clinical technician. Trisha now works full time as our Practice Manager.  When Trisha isn’t working she loves to go camping, read and spend time with her family and friends.

Rita, wife of Dr. Pincsak, has been an integral part of the orthodontic office since it’s inception, over 30 years ago. Upon opening up their orthodontic practice in New Berlin in 1977, Rita was a true 'Girl Friday', taking on the roles of receptionist, assistant, and lab person. She took a break from her 'office duties' to raise their 2 adopted daughters, Hannah and Leah, but now is back in the business office on a part-time basis. She enjoys spending her free time making pottery, reading, and tending to the family dog.

Alicia has been member of our reception staff since 1995. When she's not answering the phones at either of our offices, Alicia enjoys spending time with her two sons, two rottweilers and her wonderful husband!

Joyce joined our staff in the spring of 2011. Joyce came into the practice with many years of administrative experience. She is married and has one son David. Joyce also runs her own cleaning business when she’s not working at PHM Orthodontists When she does have spare time Joyce enjoys biking and boating with friends.

Katelynn joined our PHM family in Nov. 2019 after receiving her degree from UW-Stout in Retail Merchandising and Human Resources. Katelynn and her husband Kevin love being outdoors and enjoy camping, fishing and hiking. Katelynn grew up in Wisconsin but spent 4 years in Colorado where she was able to hike Quandary Peak!! Quandary Peak is located in the White River National Forest, and is the only fourteener in the Tenmile Range. 

Leisa joined PHM Orthodontists in August of 2002, as the Brookfield office Treatment Coordinator. When not at work, Leisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and frequenting coffee shops with her dog Unser.

Michaela graduated from the dental assisting program at Gateway Technical college in early 2019 and joined our team at PHM Orthodontists immediately after graduation. Michaela loves working in the fast-paced orthodontic field and establishing relationships with her patients! Michaela spends her free time with her friends and family enjoying the outdoors.

Bailey joined the PHM team in August 2021 with a background in insurance. As a Financial Coordinator Bailey enjoys discussing benefits and helping patients navigate their insurance claims! When she is away from the office you can find Bailey tending to her farm with her two Bernese mountain dogs, fishing with her boyfriend and enjoying natures beauty!

Karen has been with our practice since 1995 as our Records Lab Technician, with special skills in the area of digital imaging and Photoshop. An avid outdoors person, Karen enjoys cooking, movies, riding motorcycles, cheering on her beloved Bears and Colts teams and tending to her kitties.

Maggie joined the practice in early 2008. Maggie graduated from UW-Parkside. She is also a Mary Kay representative. Maggie fills the rest of her time in yoga classes and teaching yoga to her co-workers!

Aesha attended University of Wisconsin-Whitewater majoring in biology. As a former patient of PHM Orthodontists she was eager to join our team. Aesha loves being able to provide that positive impact on her patients that she experienced as a patient herself!! In her free time she loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends or play with her dog Buford!

Alyssa joined our team in 2022 after graduating from Carroll College with a major in Biology and a minor in Psychology and Biochemistry. She enjoys being a clinical technician and really values the connections that she makes with her patients!! Alyssa loves going to concerts with her sister and playing with her dog Lance.

Amanda joined our team in the summer of 2020 after 18 years as an orthodontic technician! We are so happy to incorporate Amanda’s skill level and her love of orthodontics into our already awesome team of technicians. Being from Green Bay Amanda is a die-hard Packer fan and tries to make every home game!! She also enjoys camping with her fiancé and her dog Whiskey. 

April joined the PHM team in 2008. She and her husband Josh have two children, Laila and Liam. April enjoys photography, playing guitar in her band, Refuge, and drinking coffee.

Brooklyn graduated from Dental Assisting school in 2019 and is originally from Waupaca but started her career in Madison as an Orthodontic Technician. Brooklyn moved to Muskego with her French Bulldog, Breckinridge and joined our team in April 2021. When she’s not working Brooklyn enjoys spending time at her cabin up north water skiing, wakeboarding and snow skiing! Brooklyn also loves to spend time with her boyfriend and cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jamie joined our PHM family in the fall of 2019 as a clinical technician. Jamie loves the fast-paced friendly atmosphere at PHM and joking around with all her teammates.  She and her husband met playing soccer so naturally they spend a lot of their extra time either watching or playing soccer!  Jamie loves hanging out with her family and going out for dinner in her spare time.

Jennifer joined our practice in June 1999 after going to school for dental assisting. Jennifer enjoys volleyball, boating and camping. Jennifer and her husband Chris have a son Kolton, a daughter Miranda and a stepdaughter Kailyn.

Kate joined the PHM team in 2022 with 15 years of previous orthodontic experience! She really loves summer because she can spend more time with her husband and 2 kids Adelynn and Braden! Kate also enjoys all of our Wisconsin sports including the Bucks, Packers and Brewers!!

Lilly attended Northcentral Technical College in Wausau and completed her externship with PHM Orthdontists. Lilly fit in so well that she relocated to the area and started full time when she graduated from her dental assisting program!! Lilly is obsessed with Chick-fil-A! She also enjoys boating and spending time with her fiance.

Lily graduated from Wisconsin Dental Assisting school in 2021 and joined PHM as a clinical technician. Lily enjoys spending time outside hiking, fishing and kayaking in the summer. When our Wisconsin winter hits she loves to cuddle with her two cats, Binx and Ellie.

MacKenzie joined our PHM team in 2022 shortly after moving to the area! In her free time she loves to go up north to visit family, spend time with her pets, and travel.

Melissa graduated from WCTC May 2010 with her dental assisting degree. Melissa enjoys being outdoors and active. She spends her free time playing softball along with hunting and fishing no matter the temperature. And when not doing that you could find her relaxing up north at the cabin with her dog Dixie and boyfriend Corey or listening to some live music no matter where it maybe.

Nancy joined our practice in 1996, arriving with many years experience in the dental field. In our office you will often find her assisting with the cleft palate babies, which she enjoys tremendously. Nancy is semi-retired and works two days a week at PHM. Happily married, Nancy is the mother 3 and the grandmother of 6, of which that number continues to grow.
