Trisha joined our practice in February 1989 as a clinical technician. Trisha now works full time as our Practice Manager. When Trisha isn’t working she loves to go camping, read and spend time with her family and friends.
Rita, wife of Dr. Pincsak, has been an integral part of the orthodontic office since it’s inception, over 30 years ago. Upon opening up their orthodontic practice in New Berlin in 1977, Rita was a true "Girl Friday", taking on the roles of receptionist, assistant, and lab person. She took a break from her "office duties" to raise their 2 adopted daughters, Hannah and Leah, but now is back in the business office on a part time basis. She enjoys spending her free time making pottery, reading, and tending to the family dog.
Alicia has been member of our reception staff since 1995. When she's not answering the phones at either of our offices, Alicia enjoys spending time with her two sons, two rottweilers and her wonderful husband!
Joyce joined our staff in the spring of 2011. Joyce came into the practice with many years of administrative experience. She is married and has one son David. Joyce also runs her own cleaning business when she’s not working at PHM Orthodontists When she does have spare time Joyce enjoys biking and boating with friends.
Megan joined PHM in June 2015 as a front desk receptionist. Megan relocated from the Wisconsin Dells area with several years of administrative experience. When Megan isn't at work you can find her cheering on the Packers with her friends and family and spending time with her dog Leo.
Monica joined our practice in September of 2014. Monica joins the practice with 9 years of previous experience in the healthcare field. She is currently pursuing her Associates in Science for Healthcare Administration. When not at work, Monica spends all her free time with her family enjoying local festivities and events.
Leisa joined PHM Orthodontists in August of 2002, as the Brookfield office Treatment Coordinator. Leisa relishes spending her time away from work with her twin daughters, Madison and Mackenzie, who enjoy biking, gardening, and cooking/baking with Mom.
Susan joined PHM Orthodontics in June of 2014, moving to Wisconsin from beautiful Colorado. When not at work, you will find her in the kitchen, making something yummy. She also enjoys traveling, photography, and biking. She and her husband Scott have five adult children they love visiting and a cute little dog named Buster.
Karen joined the PHM Orthodontists team in 1996, after having also been an early practice patient. Karen is Financial Coordinator and is here to answer your financial and/or insurance questions. Away from the office Karen spends her time swimming, honing her photography skills and reading. She especially loves spending time with her family, which includes her two grandchildren.
Coleen came to PHM in 2011 with several years of experience working with reception, dental insurance, billing and account management. She and her husband Steve are the proud parents of 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren. In her spare time, Coleen enjoys biking, walking, baking, reading and painting. And of course, lots of time with those grandchildren!!!
Karen has been with our practice since 1995 as our Records Lab Technician, with special skills in the area of digital imaging and Photoshop. An avid outdoors person, Karen enjoys cooking, movies, riding motorcycles, cheering on her beloved Bears and Colts teams and tending to her kitties.
Maggie joined the practice in early 2008. Maggie graduated from UW-Parkside. She is also a Mary Kay representative. Maggie fills the rest of her time in yoga classes and teaching yoga to her co-workers!
Alex joined our team in the fall of 2017 after graduating from the Wisconsin Dental Assisting program. Alex loves to be active outside! She enjoys boating, fishing kayaking, and going hiking with her rescue dog Dahli in the summer. In the winter, Alex spends her time snowboarding and taking part in an archery league.
Ashley joined our team as an orthodontic technician in the fall of 2015. She loves the fast-paced atmosphere and developing relationships with her patients. In her free time, Ashley enjoys cooking, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
Brittany joined the practice in the summer of 2014 after completing dental assisting school. Brittany enjoys working with people and making everyone happy! When she's not at work she loves being active outdoors, walking her dog, and spending time with family and friends.
Jennifer joined our practice in June 1999 after going to school for dental assisting. Jennifer enjoys volleyball, boating and camping. Jennifer and her husband Chris have a son Kolton, a daughter Miranda and a stepdaughter Kailyn.
Justine joined our practice in June 2015 with previous pediatric dental experience. Justine relocated to the Milwaukee area from Onalaska to be closer to her fiancee who works for the Milwaukee Bucks. In Justine's free time she enjoys cheering on the Brewers, going on camping and boating excursions with her family and friends and working out to stay fit and healthy!!
Maya joined our staff in January 2017 with previous orthodontic experience. Maya started her career in orthodontics after graduating from MATC in the dental assisting program. When Maya isn't working, she enjoys watching movies, playing card and table games, and spending time with her family and friends.
Melissa graduated from WCTC in May 2010 with her dental assisting degree. Melissa enjoys being outdoors and active. She spends her free time playing softball along with hunting and fishing no matter the temperature. And when not doing that you could find her relaxing up north at the cabin with her dog Dixie and boyfriend Corey or listening to some live music no matter where it may be.
Nancy joined our practice in 1996, arriving with many years experience in the dental field. In our office you will often find her assisting with the cleft palate babies, which she enjoys tremendously. Nancy is semi-retired and works two days a week at PHM. Happily married, Nancy is the mother 3 and the grandmother of 6, of which that number continues to grow.
